Deposit Accounts

Share Savings Accounts:

In order to be a member, you must have a Membership Share Savings Account  Each account requires a minimum opening deposit of $5.00.  There is a one-time joining fee of $.25.  You may also have secondary share savings accounts under your base account number for your own special savings needs.  Dividends are declared and paid on a quarterly basis based on an average daily balance for the quarter.  

 Christmas Club Accounts:

Christmas Club accounts are paid out on an annual basis on the 2nd Friday of October.  Christmas Club checks are mailed directly to each members home address.  Dividends are declared and paid on a quarterly basis based on an average daily balance for the quarter.

Vacation Club Accounts:

Vacation Club accounts are paid out on an annual basis on the 1st Friday of June.  Vacation Club checks are mailed directly to each members home address.  Dividends are declared and paid on a quarterly basis based on an average daily balance for the quarter.

Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction

We can accept payroll deduction or direct deposit from any agency or employer capable of transmitting the information through the Federal Reserve ACH system.  For accurate routing number and account number information, please contact the credit union during normal business hours. 

Loan Accounts

The following loans are available:

• Signature
• Share Secured
• Vacation
• New & Used Auto/RV/Motorcycle/Boat

Credit reports are required for each loan.  The credit union bases loan approval on a debt-to-equity ratio using the applicant's GROSS salary.  A loan will be denied if the ratio is 45% or greater.

I & M (Tanners Creek) Employees FCU provides Life Insurance Loan Protection with a maximum of $20,000 coverage through CUNA Mutual Insurance Group.  Please refer to information at the credit union for additional policy benefit information.

Travelers Cheques

We sell American Express Travelers Cheques.  When purchasing travelers cheques, the purchaser must sign all checques in front of credit union personnel.  American Express Travelers Cheques are a sensible alternative to cash when traveling and may be quickly refunded if lost or stolen.
